Do you have an interesting solution and a quick,
entertaining way to present it?
Then we have one of five Solutions Speed Dating slots open,
for you to pitch to a ready-made audience of 100-150 business and IT decision
makers.
What Is Solutions Speed Dating?
Our eClub members will be grouped in to 5 teams of 20-25
people. Five Speed Dating stations will be set up around the room.
Teams will move from one vendor station to the next. Each
vendor will have three minutes to “pitch"or "present” their solution in an entertaining
way. You’ll have five opportunities to present, once to each team.
Based on how impressed they were with your pitch,
participants will throw their business cards or contact details into a bowl on
your station.
What Happens After the Pitch?
We will conduct a spot quiz to test how much each team has
remembered about the pitches. The team
with the most correct answers will win a great prize.
The vendor with the most business contacts in their bowl at
the end of the day will also win a prize for the best presentation, and of
course take away the names of interested parties.
How Does the Selection Process Work?
To be selected as one of the 5 vendors, you need to submit a
description of your pitch to the eClub committee; the committee will selected
vendors based on the entertainment value, community feel of the presentation
and the ability to finish in three minutes.
Selected vendors are encouraged to bring props, tools,
laptops, company banners, and giveaways to the venue.
What Is Provided?
eClub will stage the event in the amazing Harbourview Room
at the MCA in Sydney. Food and
beverages, a professional MC and even videography of the pitches in action will
be set up. We will create a market place
like environment, with cozy break out areas for you to discuss your solutions
with attendees following the main pitch fest.
How
Much Does It Cost?
If you are selected to present, you need to also provide a
$1,000 sponsorship.
SUBMISSIONS DEADLINE
Please submit your ideas to eClub@offis.com.au by 25 May 2012. Your
logo will be included on the invitation and you will be included in the eClub
video.
